人力资源管理对企业获取竞争优势有着重要的作用。以往的研究大都集中在对人力资源职能本身的研究上,认为人力资源是一种核心资源和能力,具有价值、稀缺性和难以模仿性,从而可以形成企业获得持久发展的核心优势,而人力资源管理是人力资源和竞争优势的中介。本文将从企业价值链的角度探讨人力资源管理对企业获取竞争优势的重要作用。通过对人力资源管理、企业价值链和企业竞争优势的研究,真正理解和把握人力资源管理在形成企业竞争优势中的意义。人力资源管理可以整合并优化企业创造价值的各项业务活动,协调价值链的内部及外部活动,并引导价值活动向顾客价值的有效传递,最终获得企业的竞争优势。本文在最后提出了基于价值增加的人力资源管理模型。
Human resources management plays an important role for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Most of the previous research focused on the study of the human resources function itself. We believe that human resources are a core resource and capability, with value, scarcity, and inimitableness, which can form a core advantage for companies to achieve sustainable development, while human resources Management is the intermediary of human resources and competitive advantage. This article will discuss the important role of human resource management in obtaining competitive advantage from the perspective of the corporate value chain. Through the study of human resource management, corporate value chain and corporate competitive advantage, it truly understands and grasps the significance of human resource management in forming corporate competitive advantage. Human resources management can integrate and optimize various business activities that create value for the company, coordinate the internal and external activities of the value chain, and guide the effective transfer of value activities to customer value, and ultimately gain the competitive advantage of the enterprise. At the end of this paper, we propose a human resource management model based on value addition.
