TREMs(triggeringreceptorsexpressedonmyeloidcells)是免疫球蛋白超家族的新成员。迄今为止 ,人们已发现 5个TREM基因 ,位于人类 6号染色体 ,小鼠 17号染色体 ,其中TREM1 4编码有潜在功能的I型跨膜球蛋白。TREMs受体表达于髓细胞不同亚群表面 ,表现为单一的细胞外Ig样区域 ,已发现的TREMs受体均通过接头蛋白KARAP DAP12进行信号转导 ,对机体炎症反应及免疫应答起重要调节作用。
TREMs (triggering receptors for expressedon myeloid cells) are new members of the immunoglobulin superfamily. To date, five TREM genes have been found, located on human chromosome 6 and mouse chromosome 17, of which TREM1 4 encodes a potential functional type I transmembrane protein. TREMs receptors expressed on the surface of different subpopulations of myeloid cells, showing a single extracellular Ig-like region. The discovered TREMs receptors signal through the adapter protein KARAP DAP12 and play an important role in the regulation of the inflammatory reaction and immune response .
