依据NY/T 1283-2007《香菇中甲醛含量的测定》,对香菇中甲醛的测量不确定度进行评定。在中性条件下,将溶解于水中的甲醛随水蒸馏出,在沸水浴中,溜出液中甲醛在乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液介质中,与乙酰丙酮生产稳定的黄色化合物,冷却后在412nm处测其吸光度,外标法定量。系统分析了该法测量结果的不确定度来源并对其进行评定,对各不确定度分量进行了量化,提出了该法的合成不确定度。
