近视眼是引起视力不良最为常见的屈光状态,随着屈光性手术尤其是人工晶体植入术,放射状角膜切开术的进一步开展,对近视眼的屈光系数进行活体结构测量显得尤为重要,对正常眼前房深度,晶体厚度及视轴长度的A型超声测量的研究已有报告,然而,对近视眼的这方面的研究目前尚缺少详尽的报告。我们运用美国TeRnar公司产A/PⅢ型眼用A型超声仪对近视眼患者进行了前房深度,晶体厚度,眼轴长度的测量,现予以报告。
