There are five parasitic diseases that WHO has listed as the top priority in the new special program of training for tropical diseases training: malaria, schistosomiasis, filariasis, trypanosomiasis and kala-azar. The major ones of the five parasitic diseases are, of course, malaria, in terms of their number of infections, their morbidity, their mortality and their socio-economic impact. According to the World Health Organization, there are still some 340 million people in the world who live in malaria and are harmed by the lack of organized control or control.
