目的:观察肥胖者与正常体重者最大耗氧量(VO2max)的差别,并比较肥胖者减肥前、后VO2max的变化。方法:对50例肥胖者,20例正常体重的健康者采用自行车功率法,给予一定的负荷让受试者进行踏车运动,直至达到195一年龄的脉搏数,同时监测心率和心电图变化;应用A°strand和Ryhming的列线图法间接测定每个受试者的VO2max。予肥胖者以减肥茶治疗,1个月后再做踏车运动试验测VO2max。结果:体重正常的健康者VO2max男、女分别为3.42±1.04、2.96±0.88L/min,肥胖者的VO2max男、女分别为2.69±0.97L/min、2.06±0.83L/min,低于正常体重者(P<0.05),肥胖者减肥后VO2max男、女分别为3.18±0.16、2.64±0.7 L/min,有较明显升高(P<0.05),但仍低于正常者(P<0.05)。结论:肥胖者的心功能储备差、氧利用率低,通过减肥可以提高肥胖者的综合体力。
Objective: To observe the difference of maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) between obese and normal weight, and to compare the change of VO2max before and after obesity. Methods: Fifty obese people and 20 normal weight healthy people were given bicycle load method to exercise treadmill until the one-year-old pulse rate was reached. At the same time, heart rate and electrocardiogram changes were monitored. The VO2max for each subject was indirectly determined by the nomogram of A ° strand and Ryhming. Conclusion: Obese people have poor heart function reserve and low oxygen utilization rate, which can improve the comprehensive physical strength of obese people through weight loss.
