目的探究蜂蜇伤致急性肾损伤患者给予血必净联合血液透析治疗的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年3月到2016年10月收治因蜂蜇伤致急性肾损伤患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为必净组和对照组,每组44例。必净组给予血必净联合血液透析治疗,对照组给予血液透析治疗,观察两组患者治疗后肾功能指标。结果必净组血清中尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸及内生肌酐清除率均优于对照组,对比显示有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂蜇伤致急性肾损伤患者快速给予血必净联合血液透析治疗可有效帮助患者改善肾小球滤过率功能,降低肾内炎症反应,改善肾功能损伤,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with hemodialysis in patients with acute kidney injury caused by bee stings. Methods From March 2016 to October 2016, 88 patients with acute kidney injury caused by bee stings were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into neoadjuvant group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The net group was given Xuebijing combined hemodialysis treatment, the control group was given hemodialysis treatment, and the renal function of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results Serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, uric acid and endogenous creatinine clearance rate of the net group were better than the control group, the comparison showed statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Rapid administration of Xuebijing combined with hemodialysis in patients with acute kidney injury caused by bee stings can effectively help patients improve glomerular filtration rate, reduce renal inflammation and improve renal function, which deserves clinical application.
