关于痕量磷的测定方法,目前仍以磷铝兰比色法较为灵敏。国内试验室多以此法作三氯氢硅或四氯化硅中磷的分析。磷钼兰比色法近年来有所改进。文献介绍由硫酸、钼酸盐、抗坏血酸还原剂和以锑作催化剂组成的单一试剂溶液,使五价磷直接显色形成磷钼兰,显色迅速,色泽稳定,砷、硅、锗以及铁、铜、铋、钛和金等元素痕量存在,对磷的测定并无干扰,曾应用于天然水和土壤中磷的分析。
