第一章 总则 第一条 为加强深圳经济特区(以下简称特区)港口的管理,促进港口事业的发展,发挥港口在社会经济发展中的作用,结合特区实际,制定本条例。 第二条 本条例适用于深圳港的规划、建设、生产、经营以及与港口有关的其他活动。 第三条 本条例下列用语的含义是: (一)深圳港:指深圳市供通商船舶进出的所有港区和规划港区。 (二)港区:指为保证港口生产、经营的需要,按照深圳港总体布局规划,经批准而划定的水域和陆域。 (三)规划港区:指根据深圳港总体布局规划为进一步开发、建设港口而规划的水域和陆域。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of the port of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (SEZ), promote the development of the port undertaking, bring into full play the role of the port in the social and economic development, and formulate these Regulations in the light of the actual conditions of the special zone. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the planning, construction, production and operation of Shenzhen Port and other activities related to the port. Article 3 The meanings of the following terms in this Ordinance are: (1) Shenzhen Port: All the port areas and planning port areas in Shenzhen for the import and export of trading ships. (2) Port area refers to the water area and land area which have been approved in accordance with the overall layout planning of Shenzhen Port to ensure the production and operation of the port. (III) Planning Port Area: refers to the planned water area and land area for the purpose of further development and construction of port according to the overall layout plan of Shenzhen Port.
