In order to investigate whether tethering + warm (36 ± 1) ℃ stress can cause gastric mucosal injury in rats and whether it has effects on the expression of Fos protein in the medulla oblongata and hypothalamus. In this study, male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group, + Warm water (36 ± 1) ℃ stress 1 h; control group, simple restraint stress at room temperature for 1 h. The stress was measured and the temperature of the rectum was measured. The stomach was taken to observe the degree of gastric mucosal injury. The brain was taken and the expression of Fos protein in the medulla oblongata and hypothalamic neurons was observed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that there was no significant difference in Fos protein expression in the medulla oblongata and hypothalamus nuclei between the two groups, and no significant difference in rectal temperature. These results suggest that due to binding + warm water (36 ± 1) ℃ stress does not change the animal’s body temperature, and therefore does not cause the medulla oblongata and hypothalamus to control the function of the nucleus neurons increased activity, which did not induce acute gastric mucosal injury.
