提出了一种测量惯性约束核聚变(ICF)激光驱动器靶点处多路光束时间同步的方法。首先测量参考光路脉冲到达靶点与到达基准点之间的时间间隔,然后测量待测光路脉冲到达靶点与参考光路脉冲到达基准点之间的时间间隔,计算得出待测光路脉冲与参考光路脉冲到达同一靶点的同步时间差。分析结果表明多束激光束间时间同步测量精度小于25.2 ps,测试技术和方法具有简单高效的特点,已成功应用于ICF激光驱动器多路强激光时间同步精密诊断。 A method of measuring the time synchronization of multiple beams at the target of an inertial confinement fusion fusion (ICF) laser driver is proposed. First, measure the time interval between the arrival of the reference light path pulse and the reference point, and then measure the time interval between the arrival of the target light pulse and the arrival of the reference light pulse at the reference point, and then calculate the time interval between the light pulse to be measured and the reference light path Pulse synchronization time difference to reach the same target. The analysis results show that the time synchronization measurement accuracy of multi-beam laser beams is less than 25.2 ps, and the testing techniques and methods are simple and efficient. They have been successfully applied to the multi-path laser precision time-synchronization diagnosis of ICF laser drivers.
