利用激光探针与等离子体质谱联机技术(LAM- ICPMS) 同时测定岩石样品中35 个元素。 对岩石标样的碱熔玻璃进行了系统的LAM- ICPMS 方法研究。结果表明, 采用散焦(defocus) 激光束扫描法获得了连续稳定的分析信号, 并提高了分析灵敏度和分析精密度。该法测定P 的检出限为0.1 % ,Sc 、Ti、V、Cr、Mn 、Co 及Ni 的检出限为1 .6 ×10- 6 ~12 ×10 - 6 , Ga 、Rb 、Sr 及Ba 的检出限为0 .2 ×10 - 6 ~0 .6 ×10- 6 , 其余21 个微量元素的检出限为10 - 9 级; 内部精度优于15 % , 外部精度优于10% 。3 个岩石标样(NTUG- 1 、NTUG- 2 及NTUG- 3) 的测量结果表明LAM- ICPMS 是一种同时测定岩石样品多元素的快速有效方法。
Simultaneous Determination of 35 Elements in Rock Samples by Laser Probe and Plasma Mass Spectrometry Online Technology (LAM-ICPMS). A systematic LAM-ICPMS method was used to study the alkali-fused glass of rock samples. The results show that a continuous and stable analytical signal is obtained using a defocus laser beam scanning method, and the analysis sensitivity and the analysis precision are improved. The detection limit of P was 0.1%. The detection limit of Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co and Ni was 1. 6 × 10-6 ~ 12 × 10-6, and the detection limits of Ga, Rb, Sr and Ba are zero. 2 × 10 - 6 ~ 0. 6 × 10- 6, and the detection limits of the remaining 21 trace elements ranged from 10 to 9; the internal accuracy was better than 15% and the external accuracy was better than 10%. Measurements of three rock samples (NTUG-1, NTUG-2 and NTUG-3) show that LAM-ICPMS is a fast and efficient method for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in rock samples.
