对全轻混凝土进行耐高温试验,研究了其经过各个温度段后残余强度、外观特征及质量损失。并利用带有X射线能量色散谱议的电子显微镜(SEM-EDAX)研究了全轻混凝土的水化产物、显微结构。结果表明:全轻混凝土残余强度曲线总体呈下降趋势,且较平缓;并发现全轻混凝土的显微结构在受热后会产生一系列变化,这些变化可以用来解释高温后混凝土性能指标发生变化的原因。为全轻混凝土在高温环境下的应用提供技术依据。
All-light concrete was tested for its high temperature resistance, and the residual strength, appearance characteristics and mass loss after all the temperatures were studied. The hydration products and microstructure of all-light concrete were studied by SEM-EDAX with X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the residual light intensity curve of total light concrete tends to decline and is relatively flat. It is also found that the microstructure of light concrete has a series of changes after being heated. These changes can be used to explain the changes of concrete performance after high temperature the reason. It provides technical basis for the application of all light concrete in high temperature environment.
