宝钢湛江钢铁1号高炉于2013年5月17日开工建设,经过紧张的工程建设和事先充分合理有序的开工前准备,于2015年9月25日顺利点火投产。投产后不久主码头遭受台风“彩虹”袭击,主原料进厂受阻,1号高炉一度被迫处于低利用系数生产阶段。2015年12月主原料码头修复后,高炉开始逐步提产,多项操作指标稳步提升,喷煤比达到170kg/t,利用系数达到2.3t/(d·m~3),实现达产达标。针对两个不同的操作阶段,通过调整操作制度、优化操作参数,炉况始终保持稳定顺行。
Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel No. 1 blast furnace started construction on May 17, 2013, after a tense project construction and prior fully reasonable and orderly preparation before the start of construction on September 25, 2015 successfully put into operation. Shortly after commissioning, the main terminal was hit by the typhoon “Rainbow” and the main raw materials were blocked. The No. 1 blast furnace was once forced to be in a stage of low utilization coefficient production. After the repair of the main raw material wharf in December 2015, the blast furnace started to gradually increase its output and a number of operational indicators improved steadily. The coal-fired ratio reached 170 kg / t and the utilization factor reached 2.3 t / (d · m ~ 3). For two different stages of operation, by adjusting the operating system, optimizing the operating parameters, the furnace conditions have remained stable and forward.
