叶绿素a作为绿色植物中普遍存在的色素,它是植物进行光合作用的主要物质,但不是唯一物质。从对类囊体膜集光系统的研究发现,只有少量叶绿素a分子作为反应中心。而大量的叶绿素a分子和叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素分子组成集光系统。基于这一点,人们将类脂、液晶物质和胡萝卜素等物质加入到纯的叶绿素a中,以研究其对光合作用的影响。本实验根据叶绿素a纯化过程,取各种纯度的中间产品制成光伏电池,观察到叶绿素a纯度在50%~90%范围内对光伏电池的影响不甚明显。
Chlorophyll a is a ubiquitous pigment in green plants. It is the main substance that photosynthesizes in plants, but it is not the only substance. From the study of the thylakoid membrane collection system, only a small amount of chlorophyll a molecule was found as the reaction center. A large number of chlorophyll a molecules and chlorophyll b, carotenoids molecules constitute the light-collecting system. Based on this, people will lipids, liquid crystal substances and carotenoids and other substances added to pure chlorophyll a to study its impact on photosynthesis. According to the process of purifying chlorophyll a, photovoltaic cells were prepared from intermediate products of various purities. It was observed that the effect of purity of chlorophyll a on the photovoltaic cells was not obvious in the range of 50% -90%.
