在广东省湛江市人民政府、广东省盆景协会的倡导和中国盆景艺术家协会的关心支持下,第三届粤、港、澳、台盆景艺术博览会,于国庆51周年之际,在广东湛江市金桥公园隆重举行。在开幕式上,盆博会组委会副主任、秘书长陈副做了筹备工作报告,湛江市、盆博会名誉主任李寿康、广东省盆协会长张全秀,中国盆景艺术家协会常务会长苏本一、港澳台嘉宾代表梁悦美教授、嘉宾代表杰出盆景艺术家刘传刚分别向大家致贺词。
