目的:研究白藜芦醇分散片的制备工艺。方法:采用单因素法优选白藜芦醇分散片的处方。结果:以制粒情况、分散均匀性、压片情况及外观为考察指标,确定微晶纤维素与交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为最佳崩解剂。以颗粒收得率为考察指标,确定5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液为粘合剂。溶出度对比试验结果表明,白藜芦醇分散片的溶出速率明显优于普通片。结论:优选处方辅料种类及比例适宜,崩解时间符合要求,可为白藜芦醇分散片生产提供参考。
Objective: To study the preparation of resveratrol dispersible tablets. Methods: The formulation of resveratrol dispersible tablets was optimized by single factor method. Results: The optimal disintegrating agents were microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, which were determined by the granulation conditions, dispersion uniformity, tabletting and appearance. Taking the yield of particles as an index, 5% polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution was selected as the binder. Dissolution test results show that resveratrol dispersible tablets dissolution rate was significantly better than ordinary tablets. Conclusion: The prescriptions of the preferred prescriptions and the proportion of appropriate, disintegration time to meet the requirements for resveratrol dispersible tablets provide a reference.
