近日,川庆钻采工程技术研究院油气井测试公司“钢丝投劳压力计悬挂器”新工艺在壳牌秋林3井进行了成功应用。该工艺利用钢丝将“压力计悬挂器”一次性成功坐挂于预定油管深度,并顺利完成钢丝丢手,从而满足了在任意时段、任意井深测试井底温度、压力数据的要求,彻底改变了传统的钢丝试井作业长时间悬停压力计录取资料的方式。面对壳牌公司日益增加的钢丝试井业务的需求,为响应其提出的“降低试井风险,提高试井效率”的技术要求,钻采院油气井测试公司钢丝作业队迎难而上,积极开展新技术调研、工具配套、风险评估,最终确定以“钢丝投劳压力计悬挂器”工艺作
