依据国标GB 50329-2002对杉木规格材进行足尺的抗弯测试,选取正态分布对测试数据进行拟合,利用K-S检验对正态分布进行拟合优度检验,参照极限状态设计法和ASTM D2915-2010标准计算杉木规格材设计值。结果表明,No.1等级规格材的抗弯强度最小;SS、No.1和No.2等级规格材抗弯强度的测试数据均能与正态分布拟合;SS、No.1和No.2等级抗弯强度设计参考值分别为11.01MPa、9.36MPa和9.03MPa。
According to the national standard GB 50329-2002, the Chinese fir standard timber was subjected to full-scale bending test. The normal distribution was used to fit the test data. The KS test was used to test the normal distribution and the goodness-of-fit test was carried out. According to the limit state design method and ASTM D2915-2010 standard calculation of fir specifications timber design value. The results showed that the bending strength of No. 1 grade material was the smallest; the bending strength of SS, No.1 and No.2 grade material could be fitted with normal distribution; SS, No. 1 and No. Grade 2 flexural strength design reference values were 11.01MPa, 9.36MPa and 9.03MPa.
