食品药品安全关乎民生之本。面对日益严峻的食品药品安全现状,如何有效保障食品药品之安全质量成为备受社会民众关注的焦点问题。刑法修正案及两高司法解释都表现出了从严打击危害食品安全犯罪的决心,但在司法实践中,仍然存在一些问题亟待解决。 Food and drug safety is about people’s livelihood. Faced with the increasingly serious food and drug safety status quo, how to effectively ensure the safety and quality of food and drug products has become the focus of public concern. Both the criminal law amendment and the two high-level judicial interpretations show the determination to crack down on the crimes that endanger food safety. However, some problems still remain to be solved in judicial practice.
