教学、实践、科研的融合贯通,即“教践研”一体化,是提升高等职业教育内涵的必然选择,也是高等职业教育人才培养模式创新的主要内容。商科类高职院校学生能力的提升需要一个循序渐进的积累过程,而且其技能的柔性特征也有别于工程技术类院校。新加坡南洋理工学院“教学工厂”的核心理念追求是实践与教学、科研与教学的双融合,为迫切寻求“教践研”一体化路径的国内商科高职院校提供了可资借鉴的经验。
