本文主要从CEO价值观这个角度出发,探讨了CEO的价值观对企业参加慈善活动的影响。我们选择以“自我超越型”和“自我提升型”这两个概念作为对CEO价值的评价指标,分析了拥有这两种类型价值观的CEO分别是如何影响组织文化的,进而影响企业参与慈善活动的行为及方式的?
This paper mainly from the perspective of CEO values, discusses the impact of CEO’s values on the charity activities of enterprises. We choose the two concepts of “self-transcendence” and “self-promotion” as the evaluation index of CEO’s value, and analyze how the CEOs possessing these two kinds of values affect the culture of the organization and further influence Business activities and ways to participate in charitable activities?
