本文针对低温烟气有机朗肯循环系统,以R236ea、R245fa、R245ca和R601a等10种纯质以及上述纯质的4种二元混合工质M_1-M_4为研究对象,在特定的循环工况下采用(火用)分析方法来评价系统的热力学性能;考查了循环系统各个部件的(火用)损失分布。模拟结果表明,R236ea等五种纯工质和混合工质M_2、M_4综合性能比较好;混合工质的(火用)效率比其纯质组分要高;系统中蒸发器内(火用)损失最大,泵内的最小,且可以忽略不计;混合工质的使用降低了蒸发器内的(火用)损失。
In this paper, for the organic Rankine cycle system of low temperature flue gas, 10 kinds of pure substances, such as R236ea, R245fa, R245ca and R601a, and the above four pure binary mixed refrigerants M_1-M_4 were studied. Under specific cycling conditions The exergy analysis method is used to evaluate the thermodynamic performance of the system. The exergy loss distribution of each component of the circulatory system is examined. The simulation results show that the comprehensive performance of five pure and mixed refrigerants such as R236ea and M_2 and M_4 are better; the exergy efficiency of mixed working medium is higher than that of pure components; the exergy, The largest loss, the minimum inside the pump, and negligible; the use of a mixed refrigerant reduces the exergy loss in the evaporator.
