新课程改革的实施给中学教师带来了种种矛盾和冲突,可以从四个方面构建中学教师激励机制,即深化分配制度改革,建立柔性的薪酬制度;坚持物质激励和精神激励相结合的原则;建立科学合理的绩效考评体系;创建公平民主的环境。
The implementation of the new curriculum reform has brought all sorts of contradictions and conflicts to the secondary school teachers.
