产品设计专业是一门应用性很强的艺术设计专业。近年来,随着互联网等新兴科技的发展,社会对人才的需求也发生转变,企业对于应用型人才的需求日益强烈。高校中传统教育模式下的产品设计人才培养模式,对学生的实践能力培养已经显得滞后。近年来,这个问题已开始为社会所重视,应用型人才培养模式的研究也已受到广泛的关注。文章从应用型人才培养的目标和方向、教学内容更新、课程设置改革、师资队伍建设、产学研结合的实践教学模式等方面,对产品设计专业应用型人才的培养模式进行了分析和探讨。
Product design is a highly applied art and design professionals. In recent years, with the development of emerging technologies such as the Internet, the demand for talent in the society has also changed. The demand for application-oriented talents in enterprises has become increasingly strong. Under the traditional mode of education in colleges and universities, product design talent training mode, the training of students’ practical ability has become lagging behind. In recent years, this issue has begun to pay attention to the society, and the research on applied personnel training mode has also drawn extensive attention. This article analyzes and discusses the cultivation mode of applied talents of product design specialty from the aspects of the goal and direction of applied talents cultivation, the updating of teaching contents, the reform of curriculum construction, the construction of teaching staff and the practice teaching mode combining production, study and research.
