为了探究高精度全自动供料系统在铁合金生产中的应用,实现生产原料从料场到冶炼炉内全程自动化,对炉内原料的消耗实时监控,达到降低能耗、提高产品质量的效果。详细论述了称重传感器的工作原理、模拟量处理方式、控制系统软硬件构成及其特点。西门子PLC与上位机触摸屏通讯,建立良好的交互界面,在高温、高磁场的环境中实现铁合金生产的高精度全自动供料。此系统有利于操作人员对炉况进行直观判断,实际应用价值显著,对铁合金行业的技术进步有着较大的铺垫作用。
