针对上海轨道交通3号线列车车下走行部状态在线检测系统的实际要求,提出了运用数字信号处理器(DSP)技术进行平轮检测信号采集的总体方案。介绍了运用DSP技术检测平轮的硬件支持,并给出其软件设计流程。实践证明,用DSP实现高速多通道数据采集,用在线检测列车车下走行部状态,能够满足信号的分析要求,且具有真实性和有效性。
Aiming at the actual requirement of on-line detection system of running under minibuses in Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3, a general scheme of flat wheel detection signal acquisition using digital signal processor (DSP) technology is proposed. Introduced the use of DSP technology to detect the level of hardware support, and gives its software design process. Practice has proved that the use of DSP to achieve high-speed multi-channel data acquisition, with online detection of train car under the Ministry of the state, to meet the signal analysis requirements, and has the authenticity and effectiveness.
