为了生产活力更高的果胶酶作为饲料添加剂,试验采用可部分取代碳源并含果胶量丰富的柑橘渣作为诱导物,添加到培养基中发酵黑曲霉获得果胶酶,通过比较柑橘渣与麸皮的比例、料液比以及接种量对发酵黑曲霉产果胶酶的影响,采用正交试验设计对培养基进行优化。结果表明:在pH值4.5的条件下柑橘渣与麸皮比例为1∶3,料液比为1∶16,接种量为8%时发酵生产的果胶酶效果最好。
In order to produce higher activity of pectinase as a feed additive, the test uses citrus residue which can partially replace the carbon source and contains abundant pectin as an inducer, and then added to the medium to ferment Aspergillus niger to obtain pectinase. By comparing citrus residue And bran ratio, solid-liquid ratio and inoculum size on the production of Aspergillus niger pectinase production, using orthogonal design to optimize the medium. The results showed that the best pectinase production was obtained when the ratio of citrus residue to wheat bran was 1: 3, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:16 and the inoculum size was 8%.
