在对广州市水资源现状分析的基础上,从水资源量及其开发利用、区域社会经济发展和生态环境状况等3个方面选取了6项指标,对广州市7个地区的水资源与社会经济发展协调度进行评价。结果表明,广州市水资源时空分布不均以及与社会经济发展不相匹配是导致不协调的主要原因之一;中心区综合协调度仅为0.372,接近极不协调,已经严重制约社会经济的可持续发展。因此,在未来的发展中应继续坚持科学发展观,对水资源进行科学管理、合理开发和优化配置,提高用水效率,以实现水资源与社会经济的协调发展。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of water resources in Guangzhou City, six indicators were selected from the aspects of water resources quantity and its development and utilization, regional socio-economic development and the status of ecological environment, and the water resource and society in seven districts of Guangzhou Economic development coordination evaluation. The results show that the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in Guangzhou is not consistent with the social and economic development is not match one of the main causes of disharmony; the central area of comprehensive coordination is only 0.372, close to very uncoordinated, has severely restricted the socio-economic Continuous development. Therefore, in the future development, we should continue to adhere to the scientific concept of development, scientifically manage water resources, rationally develop and optimize the allocation of water resources and improve the efficiency of water use in order to achieve the coordinated development of water resources and social economy.
