刀片刃口真空镀膜强化是近年来刀片加工工艺上的重大技术进步。本文就采用三极磁控反应溅射法,对国产不锈钢刀片刃口镀复氮化铬保护膜的工艺原理和方法,镀膜的性能和使用效果等方面进行了研究和试验。结果表明,刃口的平滑度、有效硬度、耐腐蚀性均获得了提高,刀片的耐用度提高了一倍,剃须舒适感亦得到了改善。本工艺生产成本低,经济效益较高。
Blade edge vacuum coating is enhanced in recent years blade processing technology major technological advances. In this paper, the use of three-pole magnetron reactive sputtering method, the domestic stainless steel blade edge coating chromium nitride protective film technology principles and methods, coating performance and the use of such effects were studied and tested. The results showed that the smoothness, effective hardness and corrosion resistance of the cutting edge were improved, the durability of the blade was doubled, and the comfort of shaving was also improved. The process of low production costs, high economic efficiency.
