基本案情 ■1992年2月5日,甲公司与乙公司签定融资租赁合同。双方约定,出租人甲公司应按照承租人乙公司的要求,从国外购进浮法玻璃生产线及附属配件,租赁给乙公司。租金总额18万美元,租期24个月,每6个月为1期。最后一期的到期日为1994年5月30日。如乙公司不支付租金,甲公司可要求即时付清租金的一部分或全部,或径行终止合同,收回租赁物件,并由乙公司赔偿损失。双方还约定了租金利率
The basic case ■ February 5, 1992, A company and B signed a financial lease contract. The parties agreed that the lessor, Company A, should purchase the float glass production line and its accessory accessories from abroad according to the requirements of the lessee B Company and lease it to Company B.
