信任是企业管理的一个关键要素,对于任何组织的正常运行来说都不可或缺。它也是最佳职场研究所(Great Place to Work Institute)年度最佳工作场所评比中考量的主要指标之一。在2009年全美最佳工作场所评比中,在信任指标上员工评价最高的三家企业分别是凌拓公司(NetApp)、Edward Jones公司和波士顿咨询公司(Boston Consulting Group)。尽管目前还很难证明内部信任与财务结果之间的关联度,但这三家企业在各自领域无疑是翘楚。在企业衰退时期,组织内的不信任感会加剧。因此,了解如何建立和保持信任,就比以往任何时候都更为必要。
Trust is a key element of business management and is integral to the proper functioning of any organization. It is also one of the key metrics considered in the annual workplace awards at the Best Place to Work Institute. Three of the highest-rated employees in the Trust Index were LingApp (NetApp), Edward Jones and Boston Consulting Group at the 2009 National Best Workplace Awards. Although it is still difficult to prove the correlation between internal trust and financial results, the three companies are undoubtedly the leaders in their respective fields. In times of corporate decline, there is a growing sense of mistrust within the organization. Knowing how to build and maintain trust is therefore more necessary than ever before.
