简介了阿波罗(Apollo)酶的性能特点及应用状况。为了对生物酶解堵机理进行研究,利用蒸馏某油田地层油的方法来模拟地层的有机垢堵塞,进行了毛细管吸液试验,测定了油/水、油/酶溶液的界面张力,并对酶作用前后原油的饱和烃气相色谱进行了分析,发现阿波罗酶能起到改变岩石润湿性、降低油水界面张力和剥离、降解有机垢的作用。用该油田油砂装填岩心进行阿波罗酶解除有机垢堵塞的物理模拟试验,证明了向岩心注蒸馏油模拟有机垢堵塞的可行性,试验结果表明用地层水配制的8%阿波罗酶解堵剂作用48h后,能够使被有机垢堵塞的岩心的平均渗透率恢复率达到90%以上,渗透率比堵塞前平均提高了13.78%,起到了较好的解堵作用。
The properties and applications of Apollo enzyme are briefly introduced.
