目的比较成人不同垂直骨面型下颌骨骨松质、颊侧骨皮质的骨密度,探讨不同垂直骨面型与下颌骨骨密度的相关性。方法选取在同一条件下拍摄的42例患者的锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)扫描图像,据下颌平面角FMA(FH-MP)大小分为3组,分别为低角组、均角组、高角组,测量右侧下颌区(从切牙到第二磨牙)牙槽骨骨松质和颊侧骨皮质的骨密度,数据采用SPSS16.0统计软件包进行方差分析。结果成人不同垂直骨面型下颌颊侧骨皮质密度比较为低角组最高,高角组最低,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组颊侧骨皮质骨密度由切牙向磨牙区逐渐增加;低角组骨松质骨密度明显高于均角组、高角组,但各组内不同牙位之间骨密度无差异。结论成人下颌骨骨密度与其垂直骨面型有一定相关性,该研究为成人种植体支抗的部位选择及正畸治疗中下颌支抗控制提供参考信息。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the bone mineral density (BMD) of mandibular bone in different vertical bony forms in adults and the cortical bone mass of the buccal bone to explore the correlation between different vertical bone surface types and mandible BMD. Methods CBCT images of 42 patients under the same conditions were selected and divided into 3 groups according to the FMA (FH-MP) of mandibular plane angle Angle group and high-angle group. The bone density of alveolar bone mass and buccal cortical bone were measured in the right mandibular region (from incisor to second molar). Data were analyzed by ANOVA with SPSS16.0 statistical package. Results Compared with the normal group, the cortical bone cortical density of the mandibular lower jaws in different vertical types was the highest in the low angle group and the lowest in the high angle group. The result was statistically significant (P <0.05). The bone density of buccal cortical bone in 3 groups gradually increased from incisor to molar area. The bone densities in low angle group were significantly higher than those in mean angle group and high angle group, but there was no difference in bone density between different teeth in each group. Conclusion The bone mineral density of adult mandible is related to the vertical bone surface type. This study provides a reference for the choice of site of adult implant support and the control of mandible in orthodontic treatment.
