采用免疫印迹技术检测NSF蛋白和内参蛋白GAPDH在SAMP8小鼠背侧海马、腹侧海马、额叶、顶叶和嗅球的表达。结果显示在背海马、额叶和顶叶中,13月龄SAMP8小鼠NSF的相对含量显著高于5月龄(Ps<0.05),且13月龄背侧海马NSF含量也高于9月龄鼠(P<0.05),而在腹海马和嗅球NSF的含量在各个年龄段间差异无统计学意义(Ps>0.05)。以上结果提示在正常衰老过程中,SAMP8小鼠NSF含量在脑内某些区域呈现年龄相关性增高。
Western blotting was used to detect the expression of NSF protein and GAPDH in the dorsal hippocampus, ventral hippocampus, frontal lobe, parietal lobe and olfactory bulb in SAMP8 mice. The results showed that the relative content of NSF in 13-month old SAMP8 mice was significantly higher than that of 5-month-old (Ps <0.05) in the dorsal hippocampus, frontal lobe and parietal lobe, and the NSF content of the 13-month-old dorsal hippocampus was also higher than that of 9-month-old (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the NSF content in the hippocampus and olfactory bulb among all age groups (P> 0.05). The above results suggest that in the normal aging process, NSF content in SAMP8 mice showed age-related increase in some areas in the brain.
