例1:女,32岁。因(?)唇龈沟处长一肿物月余就诊,两月前因(?)痛曾就诊于某院,予以“钻牙”治疗。检查:(?)色灰暗,轻叩痛,舌侧凹有暂封物。唇龈沟处有一膨隆肿物,约3×3×1.5cm,界清质硬,表面粘膜轻度充血。X线片:于(?)根尖见约3×3cm椭圆形阴影,周界白线清楚,诊断根尖囊肿。手术摘除囊肿并拔除(?),见自根尖孔伸出1.5cm长的棉捻。例2:男,24岁。一月前因(?)痛于某院作“开髓”治疗,症状日趋加重,来我院就诊。检查:(?)(牙合)面已开髓,根管内有充填物,叩痛明显,颊侧根尖处有瘘管。X线片:于根尖处见1.0×1.0cm圆形阴影,边界清楚,诊断根尖囊肿。手术摘除囊肿并拔除(?),查见由根尖孔伸出约1.0cm长的棉捻。
