目的:分析卡络磺钠与头孢拉定等17种常用药物配伍的稳定性,为临床快速查询提供方便。方法:检索近年来国内有关文献资料,归纳、分析卡络磺钠与头孢拉定等常用药物配伍的稳定性。结果:卡络磺钠在葡萄糖(5%GS,10%GS)、葡萄糖氯化钠(GNS)、果糖、转化糖等输液中6h内溶液外观、pH值及含量无明显变化;与头孢拉定、头孢尼西钠、头孢匹胺钠、头孢西丁钠、盐酸左氧氟沙星、法莫替丁、泮托拉唑钠、地塞米松磷酸钠、维生素C、氯化钾等注射液在适宜溶媒中配伍6h内溶液颜色、pH值、澄明度及含量无明显变化;而在复方氯化钠、转化糖电解质输液中6h内卡络磺钠含量下降10%以上。结论:卡络磺钠与5%GS、10%GS、GNS、果糖、转化糖等5种输液中配伍后静滴,亦可与头孢类等10种药物在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍使用;避免与复方氯化钠、转化糖电解质等含钙镁离子的输液配伍。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the stability of 17 kinds of commonly used drugs, such as carbosulfam sodium and cephradine, which is convenient for clinical quick inquiry. Methods: Retrieve the domestic literature in recent years, summarize and analyze the stability of the compatibility of sodium sulfadoxine and cefradine and other commonly used drugs. Results: There was no significant change in the appearance, pH value and content of the solution in the solution of glucose (5% GS, 10% GS), glucose and sodium chloride (GNS), fructose and invert sugar for 6 h. Sodium Nisodium, cefpiramide sodium, cefoxitin sodium, levofloxacin hydrochloride, famotidine, pantoprazole sodium, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, vitamin C, potassium chloride and other injection compatibility in a suitable solvent within 6h The color, pH value, clarity and content of the solution showed no significant change. In the compound sodium chloride and the invert sugar electrolytes, the content of sulfasalazine decreased more than 10% in 6 h. CONCLUSION: Sodium calcetone is compatible with 5 kinds of transfusion solutions of 5% GS, 10% GS, GNS, fructose and invert sugar, and also compatible with 10 kinds of drugs such as cephalosporins in 0.9% sodium chloride injection Use; Avoid with compound sodium chloride, invert sugar electrolytes and other calcium and magnesium ion infusion compatibility.
