中医治疗原发性支气管肺癌临床疗效良好，主要通过辨证施治、专病专方、经验方、中成药等中药内治疗法以及中药注射液、针灸和穴位贴敷等疗法联合化疗方案进行治疗，可在一定程度上控制病情的进展，提高患者生活质量，改善预后；作用机制主要在于抑制肺癌细胞增殖、诱导肺癌细胞凋亡、提高机体免疫力、抗化疗耐药等方面。
