针对在役混凝土桥梁承载能力的时变衰减特点,构建了大件车过桥的安全评价流程,以西宝公路一次大件运输实际问题为依托,采用该流程对一座服役23年的空心板桥梁进行了安全性评价,并基于评价结果对该实际问题提出了大件车过桥建议。分析结果发现:所建立的分析流程能够在兼顾混凝土桥梁实时劣化状况的前提下,实现大件车作用下的安全性评价,便于工程应用;对于在役混凝土桥梁,结构承载能力的劣化状况对评估结果影响较大,应提高重视程度。
Aiming at the time-varying attenuation characteristics of bearing capacity of existing concrete bridges, a safety evaluation procedure of large-sized truck crossing bridges was constructed. Based on the first large-scale bulky transportation of Xibao Highway, a 23-year hollow slab bridge Safety evaluation, and based on the evaluation results on the actual problem proposed large car crossing the bridge recommendations. The analysis results show that the established analysis procedure can evaluate the safety of large concrete trucks under the premise of giving consideration to the real-time deterioration of concrete bridges, and is convenient for engineering application.
