在休眠季修剪的基础上,于春季开花前对苹果成龄大树树冠的营养枝、结果枝进一步进行短截、疏除、回缩等复剪调整,达到树冠不同部位花芽疏密适当,花芽间距15~20cm,以不复剪树冠为对照,研究其对坐果率和果实品质的影响。结果表明,花前复剪比不复剪提高了坐果率和果实品质。红将军、红富士、红星和玫瑰红苹果的花朵坐果率、花序坐果率、单果重、着色指数、光洁度指数、硬度、可溶性固形物含量和可溶性糖等指标均明显提高,红将军和红富士糖酸含量有差异,红将军的可滴定酸含量提高了14.3%,糖酸比降低了8.3%;红富士可滴定酸含量降低了6.5%,糖酸比提高了10.5%。
