木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.和川木香Vladimiria souliei(Franch.)Ling均为菊科植物的根,《中国药典》九○年版将两者分别收载,其功效有所不同。由于二者性状较为相似,尤其是饮片不易区别,所以临床上经常混用。为进一步区别两者,本文应用二阶导数光谱法对其进行鉴别,现将结果报道如下。一、仪器和材料岛津UV-2100型分光光度计,超声清洗器CX-250。木香系中国药品生物制品检定所提供,川木香系本所经鉴定的标本。二、测定方法分别取木香和川木香药材粉末适量,加无水乙醇20倍量,置超声波清洗器中振荡40分钟,过滤,取滤液加无水乙醇
Woodland Aucklandia lappa Decne. and Vladimiria souliei (Franch.) Ling are the roots of the Asteraceae plant.
