在旋转机械的动态信息测量中,集流环是关键仪器,但传统的滑环式集流环不适用于高速机械,发报式集流环抗环境干扰能力差。针对这一现状,我们成功研制了一种以红外调制光为信息传输媒介的集流环。试验表明,它完全满足旋转机械动态信息测量的需要。 一、红外线集流环工作原理 将传感器安装在旋转机械上,通过改变传感器的位置和敏感方向,可以满足不同的测试需要。红外线集流环安装在被测旋转体所在的轴的端部,并随系统一起旋转;红外发射管则安装在旋转轴轴端中心线上,方向朝外。接收部分由外部静止仪器组成。红外接收管通过一个可调支架安装在被测体的轴心线上,并对准发射管,用于接收红外调制光,见图1。
In the dynamic information measurement of rotating machinery, the slip ring is the key instrument, but the traditional slip ring slip ring is not suitable for high-speed machinery, the newspaper slip ring anti-environmental interference ability is poor. The infrared transmitting tube is installed on the center line of the shaft end of the rotating shaft in the outward direction. The receiving part consists of an external stationary instrument. Infrared receiver tube through an adjustable bracket mounted on the measured axis of the body, and aimed at the launch tube, used to receive infrared modulated light, see Figure 1.
