我队最近经过试验研究,制成了一台离合冲击机,使用它可以代替打吊锤的方法来处理井内挤夹,陷埋或卡鑽等故障。避免了由于用人工或昇降机硬拉和中间轴打吊锤而产生的事故。利用冲击机处理井内事故即方便又安全,同时也可以用来起拔井口管。一、构造离合冲击机的构造见图所示:(1)皮带轮用以代动主轴(3)旋转;(5)为摩擦片与滑键套(13)铆合在一起,滑鍵套与主轴带滑键部份配合;离合器外
