选用高级聚硅氧烷及精制油料,使用多种添加剂,研制了YT—P型水基及YT—T型油基两种压铸型腔涂料。从压铸工艺角度出发,研讨了压铸涂料工艺性能检测项目及方法,观测了压铸涂料对压铸件质量的影响。研究结果表明,新型涂料工艺性能良好,选择与发展的测试项目和检测方法,对压铸涂料的评价是适用的。 Selection of advanced polysiloxane and refined oil, using a variety of additives, developed YT-P-based water-based and YT-T-based two kinds of oil-based die-coating. From the point of view of die-casting process, the project and method of testing process performance of die-casting coating were discussed, and the influence of die-casting coating on die-casting quality was observed. The results show that the new paint technology performance, selection and development of test items and testing methods, the evaluation of the die-casting paint is applicable.
