我偶然间读到这样一则事例:不久前在广西,有一位顾客去酒楼消费,饭后此顾客要求给他打八折,酒楼说没这个规定,他就在酒楼闹事,砸餐厅的盘子、碗,闹的挺厉害,结果警察介入调查以后发现此人一分没带,警察最后以涉嫌强迫交易处理了此案。类似案件时有发生,例如恶意诉讼,借服务质量进行讹诈,更有甚者例如吃霸王餐等等。发生这些事情的原因究竟何在呢?我认为有以下几点:
