目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤患者免疫活性细胞在抗瘤药治疗前后的变化。方法 :采用流式细胞仪对 5 0例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后免疫活性细胞进行监测。结果 :化疗前 CD+ 3、CD+ 4、CD+ 8及 NK细胞明显降低 ,B细胞明显增高 ,化疗后 CD+ 3、CD+ 4显著增高 ,几乎达到正常对照 ,而 NK细胞进一步降低 ,B细胞则进一步增高 ,CD+ 4/ CD+ 8比例化疗前与正常对照组无显著差异 ,化疗后则明显增高 ,并超出正常范围。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态 ,体液免疫功能增强。抗肿瘤药物对机体免疫功能造成部分损害 ,而总的免疫功能提高 ,化疗配合免疫治疗可增强肿瘤治疗的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the changes of immunocompetent cells in patients with malignant tumors before and after antineoplastic treatment. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to monitor the immunocompetent cells in 50 malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy. Results: The levels of CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 8 and NK cells were significantly decreased and the number of B cells was significantly increased after chemotherapy. The levels of CD + 3 and CD + 4 were significantly increased after chemotherapy, almost reaching the normal level, while NK cells and B cells were further increased CD + 4 / CD + 8 ratio before chemotherapy and normal control group no significant difference after chemotherapy was significantly higher and beyond the normal range. Conclusion: The cellular immune function of patients with malignant tumors is in a state of inhibition and the humoral immune function is enhanced. Antitumor drugs on the immune function caused some damage, while the overall immune function increased, with chemotherapy and immunotherapy can enhance the efficacy of cancer treatment.
