目的探讨小肠扭转时肠系膜上动、静脉血管在CT血管成像(CTA)上的表现,评价其诊断价值。方法分析2008年7月至10月经手术证实的6例小肠扭转患者,术前行64层螺旋CT扫描,观察肠系膜上动、静脉的CTA表现。结果6例患者CTA图像均能清晰显示肠系膜上动、静脉主干及其分支。结论肠系膜上动、静脉主干和其属支的扭曲、分支异常为小肠扭转主要CTA表现,行肠系膜上动、静脉CTA对小肠扭转具有确诊价值。 Objective To investigate the performance of superior mesenteric and venous blood vessels in CT angiography (CTA) during the small intestine torsion and to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods Six patients with small intestine confirmed by operation from July 2008 to October 2008 were examined by 64 - slice spiral CT before operation to observe the CTA manifestations of superior mesenteric artery and vein. Results Six patients with CTA images can clearly show the superior mesenteric artery and vein trunk and its branches. CONCLUSION: The superior mesenteric artery, vein trunk and their branches distortions and branches are the major CTA manifestations of small intestine torsion. The superior mesenteric artery and venous CTA have definite value for the diagnosis of small intestine.
