通过组织观察及力学性能测试,采用正交试验方法对无硅高铝的相变诱导塑性(TRIP)钢的热处理工艺进行了优化。结果表明,热处理工艺对TRIP钢组织性能的影响因素由大到小依次为等温温度>加热温度>等温时间。最优热处理工艺为:790℃加热+430℃×540 s等温处理,通过优化热处理工艺可使其抗拉强度达到620 MPa,伸长率达到32%,强塑积达到20 GPa·%。
Through the observation of microstructure and mechanical properties, the heat treatment process of phase-change-induced plasticity (TRIP) steels without silicon and aluminum was optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the influencing factors of microstructure and properties of TRIP steels are as follows: isothermal temperature> heating temperature> isothermal time. The optimal heat treatment process is: isothermal treatment at 790 ℃ + 430 ℃ × 540 s, the tensile strength reaches 620 MPa, the elongation reaches 32% and the strong plastic product reaches 20 GPa ·% by optimizing the heat treatment process.
