多年来,贮冰库出冰基本上都是人力用钩子搬运或用钩子把冰拖到简易滑冰道上滑行出库的。这种笨重的常规作业消耗体力大、工作效率低,特别是旺季大量出冰时矛盾更加突出。我们试验用机械拖冰代替人力拖冰,于1979年试验成功一种简易拖冰机。这种拖冰机在我们冰库使用后,效果显著,大大减轻了工人的体力劳动,提高工效7~8倍,每天出冰量可达三百吨。拖冰机由一台2.2瓩4极电机经过变速装置(减速比1:40)带动卷扬机转动,系在卷筒上的钢丝绳(φ6)经过异向支架上的几个滑轮来拖冰(见示意图)。每块冰143公斤,每次可拖10块冰,行程17米,只需一分钟。把冰拖到出冰口,再由链传动装置把冰块推入具有一定坡度的滑冰道,使其下滑到碎冰机上破碎,然后装车或装船。此拖冰机构造简单、便于操作维护、使用方便、节省人力,适用价值大。贮冰库越大越能显示出拖冰机的威力,其效果越明显。此项革新设备很受广大群众的欢迎,为减轻工人们的劳动强度。有一定的实用价值。
