采用氟橡胶接枝乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(FKM-g-VTEO)作为增容剂,制备性能良好的氟橡胶(FKM)/硅橡胶(MVQ)共混物。研究增容剂用量对FKM/MVQ共混物力学性能、高温压缩永久变形和耐油性能的影响,并采用动态机械热分析仪(DMA)对共混物进行表征。结果表明,随着增容剂用量的增加,共混物的力学性能提高,高温压缩永久变形降低,耐油性能改善。DMA分析结果表明,增容剂对FKM/MVQ共混物具有明显的增容作用。
FKM / MVQ blends were prepared using fluororubber grafted vinyltriethoxysilane (FKM-g-VTEO) as a compatibilizer. The effects of compatibilizer dosage on the mechanical properties, compression set and oil resistance of FKM / MVQ blends were studied. The blends were characterized by dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMA). The results show that with the increase of compatibilizer dosage, the mechanical properties of the blends are improved, the permanent set at high temperature is reduced and the oil resistance is improved. DMA analysis showed that the compatibilizer had a significant compatibilization effect on FKM / MVQ blends.
